Use this bullet overlay in conjunction with the blood splatter effect to create a realistic looking gunshot wound for the characters in your video/film. It includes a shockwave after the bullet reaches a certain point past the screen. If you need it to travel faster you can simply increase the speed in your editing software or use the time remapping function in Adobe After Effects.
