Zoom Out Rotate Clockwise After Effects Transition Preset

You can use this effect to make an image appear to spin clockwise or counter clockwise. Simply drag the anchor point at the centre of the image to where you want the rotation to start. Then click the "Rotate" button at the bottom of the timeline window.
