Download the preset file and extract the ZIP if needed. Open Adobe Premiere Pro and go to the Lumetri Color panel. Click the Browse button in the Creative tab, navigate to your downloaded preset file, and double click to apply it to your selected clip. You can also import presets by going to the Effects panel, right clicking on Lumetri Presets, and selecting Import Presets.
