Jack Wright

Senior Director

Hey this is Jack, I joined FreeVisuals back in early 2022. FreeVisuals.net was inspired by the popular 3D download site known as free3D. What started off as a small project back in March of 2022, has now become a huge community which brings in over 30,000 new users each month!

With over a decade of experience in the post production field, I've worked with numerous high-profile studios to create videos for TV advertisements, documentaries, and explainer videos for YouTube.

I work at the intersection of motion design, video editing, and digital content creation, with over 10 years of experience in post-production. My focus has always been on one thing: helping creators produce high-quality video content faster, without needing a complex studio workflow or expensive tools.

At FreeVisuals, I help shape the creative direction of the platform and oversee the development of our video editing templates, motion graphics packs, LUTs, and creative assets. My goal is to make professional-grade editing accessible to anyone creating content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and beyond.

What I do at FreeVisuals

At FreeVisuals, I’m responsible for overseeing the creative quality and direction of the platform. That includes:

  • Designing and reviewing video editing templates and asset packs
  • Developing tools that help creators speed up their workflow
  • Ensuring everything we publish meets a professional production standard
  • Helping guide the long-term creative direction of the platform

I spend a lot of time thinking about how to remove friction from the editing process—so creators can focus more on storytelling and less on technical setup.

My approach

I believe the gap between professional editing and everyday content creation is getting smaller every year. Tools are evolving quickly, but many creators still struggle with time, complexity, and consistency.

My approach is simple: take high-end editing techniques and break them down into usable, reusable systems that anyone can apply.

That’s what drives everything I build at FreeVisuals.

My goal

My long-term goal is to make high-quality video production accessible to every creator, regardless of skill level or budget.

If someone can take a FreeVisuals template and turn it into a polished, engaging video in minutes—that’s the outcome I’m working toward.
