Welcome to Freevisuals ("Freevisuals," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at freevisuals.net. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, free assets, Pro subscription and one-time purchases, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Freevisuals provides digital creative assets - including but not limited to LUTs (color grading presets), stock footage, stock images, overlays, sound effects, templates, and prompt packs — for use by content creators, editors, and other users ("you," "User"). Assets are made available in two categories:
Free Assets - available to all registered members at no cost.
Pro Assets - available to members who purchase a Single Pass, Monthly, or Yearly Pro plan (each, a "Pro Plan").
We also feature affiliate links and recommendations for third-party products, software, and services throughout the Service, as described in Section 8 below.
Certain features of the Service, including downloading Free Assets and purchasing Pro Plans, require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [support email] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service.
Free Assets are available to any registered, logged-in member at no charge.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Freevisuals grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Free Assets in personal and commercial creative projects, including but not limited to video edits, social media content, films, advertisements, and other media you produce.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share Free Assets as standalone files (e.g., re-uploading a LUT pack to another site or marketplace, including for free).
- Claim authorship or ownership of the underlying assets themselves.
- Use Free Assets to create a competing asset library or stock content product.
We offer the following purchase options for Pro Assets:
Single Pass - grants access to download one specific Pro Asset, without requiring an ongoing subscription.
Monthly Plan - a recurring subscription granting unlimited access to download all current and future Pro Assets for as long as the subscription remains active.
Yearly Plan - a recurring subscription (billed annually) granting the same unlimited access as the Monthly Plan, at a discounted rate.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and continued good standing on any applicable Pro Plan, Freevisuals grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Pro Assets you have downloaded in personal and commercial creative projects.
If your Monthly or Yearly Pro Plan lapses or is cancelled, the license granted under Section 4.2 continues to apply to any Pro Assets you downloaded while your subscription was active. However, you will no longer be able to download additional Pro Assets, and any Single Pass purchase only ever covered the one specific asset purchased.
The same restrictions in Section 3.3 apply to Pro Assets. In addition, you may not:
- Share your account login or Pro Plan access with any other individual.
- Use Pro Assets in any project or product whose primary purpose is to sell, license, or redistribute the assets themselves (e.g., incorporating a Freevisuals LUT into a competing LUT pack for sale).
Monthly and Yearly Plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal (where applicable). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Freevisuals does not store your full payment card details.
Due to the digital and immediately-downloadable nature of our Pro Assets, all purchases (Single Pass, Monthly, and Yearly) are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [support email] and we will review your reques
We reserve the right to change pricing for Pro Plans at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price change affecting their subscription, and the new price will take effect at the next renewal.
All assets, website content, branding, and materials provided through the Service remain the intellectual property of Freevisuals or its licensors. Purchasing a Pro Plan or downloading a Free Asset grants you a license to use the asset as described above - it does not transfer ownership of the underlying asset or any intellectual property rights to you.
In addition to the restrictions above, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or download restrictions on the Service.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) to access or download content from the Service without our prior written consent.
- Upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, infringing, obscene, or otherwise unlawful through any interactive feature of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Assets provided through the Service (such as LUTs and templates) are designed for compatibility with common third-party creative software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut). Freevisuals is not affiliated with these third-party software providers unless explicitly stated, and we do not guarantee compatibility with every version or configuration of third-party software.
The Service contains affiliate links to third-party products, platforms, and services that we recommend (e.g., software, hardware, or other creative tools). If you make a purchase through one of these links, Freevisuals may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
- We only recommend products and platforms we genuinely believe add value to our audience.
- We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, pricing, availability, or practices of any third-party website or product linked from the Service.
- Your interactions with third-party sites and products are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not these Terms.

The Service and all assets are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freevisuals and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service, including any active Pro Plan access, will immediately cease. Sections 5 through 10 and this Section 11 will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify active Pro Plan subscribers via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia & New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia & New Zealand.

No, you cannot resell or redistribute FreeVisuals assets as your own products. The assets are licensed for use within your own creative projects only. You cannot package them into your own asset packs, templates, or products for sale.
