Is everything on FreeVisuals free?

Most assets on FreeVisuals are completely free to download. Some premium assets sourced from partner libraries require a paid subscription. Free assets are clearly labelled and require either no account or a free FreeVisuals account to download.

Do I need an account to download assets?

Some assets are available without an account. Others require a free FreeVisuals account which takes less than a minute to create. Premium partner assets may require a separate paid subscription with the relevant partner.

Can I use FreeVisuals assets in commercial projects?

Yes, most assets on FreeVisuals are licensed for both personal and commercial use. Always check the individual asset page for specific licence conditions as these can vary between assets.

How often are new assets added?

About FreeVisuals Pro Licence

FreeVisuals Pro files are licensed for use in your own finished projects. That covers personal work, client work, monetised YouTube, social posts, ads and commercial video, as long as the Pro file is part of a finished output and not sold on its own. Single Pass gives you ongoing rights to that one asset after purchase. Monthly and Yearly give you the same commercial use rights for every Pro asset while the plan is active. You do not need to credit FreeVisuals.
‍
You may not resell, share, rent or redistribute the raw files. You may not upload a Pro LUT pack, template ZIP or stock master to another stock site, marketplace or shared drive for others to download. You may not claim ownership of the Pro files or offer them as your own product. Partner Premium assets on FreeVisuals are separate. Those follow the partner licence on Envato, Artlist, Motion Array, Motion Elements, MotionVFX or whatever site the Download button opens. A Pro plan does not replace or extend those partner licences.
‍
If a Monthly or Yearly plan ends, you keep finished videos you already published. You lose the right to download new Pro files or pull fresh copies from the Pro library. Full terms sit on the Terms of Service page. If a use case is unclear, email before you publish.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is FreeVisuals Pro?

FreeVisuals Pro is our paid library of assets hosted on this site. That includes LUT packs, templates, creator packs and Pro stock as we add it. You pay FreeVisuals and download here. It is not the same as Premium cards, which send you to Envato, Artlist, Motion Array or another partner.

What is the difference between Pro and Premium?

Pro means FreeVisuals owns the file. You unlock it with Single Pass, Monthly or Yearly and download from our servers. Premium means the asset lives on a partner site. You open the FreeVisuals item page for details, then buy and download from the partner under their licence. A Pro plan does not unlock partner libraries.

Can I buy one pack without a subscription?

Yes. Single Pass is $9 for that one asset. No account is required for Single Pass. Use it when you only need one LUT pack or one template and do not want a plan.

What do Monthly and Yearly unlock?

Both unlock every FreeVisuals Pro asset while the plan is active. That covers Pro LUTs, Pro templates, Pro creator packs and any other Pro files we publish during your subscription. New Pro assets are added to the same library. They do not unlock Envato, Artlist, Motion Array or other partner downloads.

Which plan is best value?

Yearly is the best value if you will use Pro more than a few times a year. It is $99 per year, about $8.25 per month, and saves about 30% versus paying Monthly. Monthly at $14 is better if you want to try the library or cancel without a yearly commitment. Single Pass is best when you only need one file.

Can I use Pro assets on monetised YouTube?

Yes. The Pro licence allows personal and commercial use in finished videos, including monetised YouTube, client projects, ads and social content. You must not resell, share or redistribute the raw files, and you must not upload a Pro ZIP to another stock site.

What happens if I cancel Monthly or Yearly?

You keep any finished videos you already made with Pro files. After the plan ends you cannot download new Pro assets or re-download files from the Pro library. Single Pass purchases of individual assets stay available for those assets you already bought.

Do I need an account?

Single Pass does not need an account. Monthly and Yearly need an account so downloads stay linked to your login and you can return to your library later.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Checkout runs through Stripe. FreeVisuals does not store your full card details on our servers.

Where do I find Pro assets on the site?

Pro items are listed on type pages such as Premium LUTs, software template hubs and Creator Packs. Each Pro item is marked on the page. This /pro page explains the plans. The type pages are where you browse and download.
